Died at 37 weeks of a true knot of her Umbilical Cord (UCA).
After a routine check we found out you had passed and that day the 3 July I gave birth to you it was the most amazing tragic day of our lives, we miss you, we love you and so wish you were here with us for your first Christmas.
We hope Grandad is looking after you and has shown you the way. Please give him our love and tell him we miss him so!
